Caccia Birch House is a wonderful multi-purpose venue that can host all sorts of different events.

The venue is ideal for:

• The rooms downstairs have great indoor outdoor flow, taking you to the sunken Rose garden beneath the grand old Tulip tree or the sunny Coach House courtyard.
• Whatever your event, there is certainty ~ as no matter what the weather ~ we have it covered.
• The beautiful gardens and sweeping lawn with huge shade trees overlooking the picturesque Hokowhitu Lagoon provide a very special backdrop to any event.
• The entire venue is well heated and is very cosy no matter what the weather brings and winter functions are popular.
• There is plenty of free on-site car parking and we are conveniently located a few minutes from the city centre.

In Brief

• The largest room can seat up to a maximum of 120 people.
• Smaller rooms can seat up to about 45 people.
• Standing room for cocktail style functions – 100 to 150 – depending on requirements.
• Garden parties can accommodate much larger numbers – however arrangements for inclement weather have to be planned accordingly.
• We hire the venue with a kitchen facility for your own caterer / DIY or the house caterer can provide catering on a cost per head basis.
• BYO beverages available.
